All of our US orders will be shipped via UPS Ground fully insured. Your item will be shipped once payment is confirmed/cleared and your item is ready. It will be shipped with tracking, insurance and signature confirmation. All UPS & FedEx packages require adult signature in order for package to be released and a phone number in case they need to reach you regarding your package. Domestic packages are sent via UPS and typically arrive in 2-3 business days. Overnight is available, please contact us with your zip code for information and pricing for this service. We normally don't ship to a PO Box address with no one sign for the package, if must ship to a box address, buyer should bear responsibility if item lost.

International packages are sent via FedEx and typically arrive in 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated. Once the item has been shipped FedEx will automatically send out the tracking number to email on file. Insurance and signature confirmation.

International shipments may be subjected to Customs fees, duties, taxes or VAT separately calculated and collected at the time of delivery which must be paid and handled by customer to insure delivery. When the package is created, please send us the tracking number and make sure the item is insured when shipping back as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
